The Don Bosco Tech team is a diverse group of professionals from various fields, united by a shared mission—"Skilling India." With 400+ dedicated employees, DB Tech operates across 29 states, working tirelessly to equip young people with job-ready skills. Our team includes management and business graduates, engineers, social workers, IT entrepreneurs, media professionals, and experts from various domains. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise to drive impactful skill development initiatives. At the core of DB Tech’s structure is the Management Committee, which provides strategic direction and oversight. The Operations Team plays a pivotal role in implementing and executing programs on the ground, ensuring that our mission translates into real opportunities for youth. Operations team is the key force in actualizing organization’s goal into reality; and the Operations team is supported by Monitoring & Evaluation, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, Communications, IT and Administration Functions.
